Well Hello There,

I'm a frequent lurker of Blue-Gnu, so I figured I would get around to introducing myself. I learned of Blue-Gnu, and Don, from my visits to Ohio Linuxfest -- in fact some where on the to-do list is publishing a small podcast from Ohio Linuxfest '07 staring Don.

I have been involved in Free and Open Source Software long enough that I can look back and remember where I was when I first learned that Netscape was going to open source their closed-source browser. When we had to surf the web, barefoot, in-the-snow, on noisy phone lines and transfer e-mail, files, and newsgroups via UUCP. While running users groups in Northeast Ohio, I have managed to maintain two Open Source projects (uptime.openacs.org and myturl.com).
